🤔 wonder if the city is overstepping here, seems to be the case. Either way it's now a bureaucratic nightmare for whoever owns it.

True, I'm not saying it's not worth requiring some sort of disclosure requirement but the remedial options seem to have an overtly heafty burden associated with them imo.
