There is no announcement, but it appears that Nextcloud 27.0.0 has now hit Stable and is available for upgrade. (github.com)

My server prompted me to update to 27.0.0 on the Stable channel, but I don't see a blog post or official release on github. Still, proceeding as an early tester.
