It now supports unlimited size transfers. Have a 24GB Blu-ray rip to back up? Go for it! A 1TB disk image? You got it!

Would it be possible to have headless version I could run on server and windows/linux gui app on my PC?

Yes! There’s a headless version meant for Linux or Mac:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/nephele-serve

You can connect to it from Windows Explorer, Gnome Files, and KDE Dolphin.

Do you think you could help me set it up on Flathub? Their documentation is not very straightforward.

The Android docs suggest some proprietary client app. RCX is a free software alternative.

Thanks! I haven’t heard of this one before. It’s not quite as feature complete as Owlfiles, but it’s definitely worth a mention in the guide. :D

I haven’t tried that one, but I’d imagine they cover most of the same use cases. Because you mount mine in your file manager, it looks like mine would be easier for transferring folders full of files, whereas with LocalSend, you’d probably want to zip them before sending them. Also mine will work even if your device only has a browser, so for example, it would work to transfer files to/from a PS3.

I see. Thanks for your answer.
