After germinating, this seedling with initially whitish cotyledons did not get any real leaves for almost 4 weeks. Then, it first grew a few malformed leaves and now it seems to recover, starting to branch and grow leaves in the typical way. I kept this plant for the yikes, but now that it's recovering, I am thinking of letting it bloom at some point.

If youre gonna flower her, nab a clone. Wonky plants are sometimes ugly ducklings, you might have found something worth keeping

It's like humans with development issues.

They may take a bit longer if measured by typical standards, but some outshine their peers later in life.

I would like to, but sadly my current setup does not allow me to use vegetative and flowering light schedules in parallel.Though, there are relatively cheap plant propagation kits with built-in light and heat sources, might get one of those anyway in future.

I repotted it earlier and as far as I can tell, roots have grown to a reasonable size and had a healthy, white color.

Google space buckets, those designs might work for compact genetic storage and maintainence

Oh, these look cool, too. Maybe I am going to build one of those.

Those deformed leaves look like it could be overwatered to me. Seedlings don't need much. At any rate I'm glad it's recovering, I'm sure it'll make some damn fine bud
