Less speculation and more of a request. FudgeMuppet had a video discussing a system of worship to the different deities and their blessing/curses actually affect gameplay. It would give you a reason to delve deeper into the lore and take advantage of the gods' existence.
A more impactful pantheon system would legitimately be awesome. We really only get Daedric Prince quests, so having something for the Divines would be a nice touch.
Now that Starfield is immanent, we should hopefully start hearing new stuff about tes 6 soon. If it is set in High Rock and Hammerfell, I hope we get some callbacks to Daggerfall
There's a small tidbit on ES6 in the IGN interview with Todd Howard. No specifics regarding ES6 but essentially saying that the game may be Todd Howard's last.

Honestly I am surprised they haven't just made a DLC for ESO and called it TES6.
