Ryzen 3 4100 will most likely bottleneck the RTX 3060, I would recommend a new-ish generation Ryzen 5
what about a 5500? or is it worth jumping for a 5600 or 5600x
How long are you planning on using this CPU before upgrading?
Chiming in to swap for 5600, drop the 2 case fans, and switch 3060 to 6700 XT or 6650 XT. There's games right now that REQUIRE 6 cores

Slightly worse CPU but it has integrated graphics for encoding like streaming, allowing your GPU to stay allocated to the games.
Additionally bumped you to a 3070 which does bring total to $880, but you can easily find used ones for $300 which would fit within your budget 🙂
Imo the RX 6700XT is fine if you can find that second hand as well. Depending on region 3070's dont go for 300 all that often but 6700's often do
basically only a gaming pc
