It really looks decent, worried how it will run on launch. They already confirmed 30FPS for consoles. My 3080 might be fighting for it's life with this.

3080 here as well. Recommended requirement is a 2080. So question is whether that means "recommended for 30 FPS". If so, then I'm worried that I can kiss 60+ FPS goodbye as well... And then there's the question of whether we can trust these requirements. Jedi Survivor called for a 2070, and we all know how that turned out...
Exactly. We have no idea what their recommended specs mean.
Holy shit. I was looking forward to it before, albeit cautiously so given Bethesda's recent track record. Now I'm officially on the hype train. Can't wait.
