It's literally a pay cut. I've saved over $3k a year just on gas alone in my car.

Yeah because it sucks to do one or two hours commute plus the loss of money for doing so just to please a manager and a director that needs to see me working to know that they do their job.
Who would have thought that having a flexible workplace is too prefer, rather than commuting to work and waste time on traffic?
Now the question is who is going to moderate “antiwork” on Lemmy?
