Anyone know how they set the order for pit lane starts? Sounds like Haas and Aston are both starting from the pits. Is it just first car to the line or based on qualifying?

They will start in the order they arrive in the pit lane, following the formation lap. So yes, unless anything out of the ordinary happens on the formation lap, the start order will be based on qualifying results.
