Loved the episode. The animation style is also pretty good.

Same. This episode probably saved the anime for me. I wasn't super feeling it after the first three episodes, but after this episode I'm back to being excited to see where it goes.

Right there with you! I have so many shows I'm watching this season that I'm trying to whittle down. This one was close to the edge until this episode. Really like the backstory, and Haru opening up to Kouya was such a well earned and emotional payoff. This one is firmly in the "keep" pile.

Finally able to sit down and watch this week's episode. This was my favorite episode yet. The animation style choice for showing his dad's wreck was great. And Kouya's backstory was tragic. I figured it was something like that. You see it all the time in the comments for tragic photos. "Why didn't they help?" is such a common sentiment, but in reality there usually isn't anything a photographer could have done to help in those situations. I definitely feel for him there.

Loved the ending scene with Haruka talking to his father, and I can't wait for him to win a race now. Can't wait for next week!
