Hi! I've previously been posting my experiences about bicycling in Germany on occasion on the now very unpleasant site beginning with R. Now that I've abandoned that site I thought I should post my stuff on here from now on.

In this picture I am presenting you my trusty steed currently clocking in at around 14000km on its frame. Having undergone various modifications (most of them being unnecessary luxuries but neat nonetheless) I see myself pressured to finally bestow a fitting name upon this hard-working aluminium donkey.

I'm sure you can come up with a fitting name!

14000km? Wow that's quite the mileage on a single bike. Have you needed to change the battery or had any issues with bearings wearing out?

Looks really nice and practical though. Sadly I'm not good with names so no suggestions from me...

The battery is still perfectly fine and hasn't lost any noticeable amount of capacity yet. I've only had an issue where the magnesium case of the motor got etched through from the new de-icing salts the city puts on the roads (I assume magnesium acetate) so I had to get the motor replaced.

Welcome!

How do you like the durability of off road tires schwalbe.

Hi!

So far no issues! The rear lasted for about 8000km before the profile was too flat for my taste.

The main issue is glass shards as they often leave behind significant damage in both the mantles and the innertubes.
