What exercises do you guys use for rear delts? Mine are lacking and I’m looking for some variations. I know, “Google”, but we need some content in here!

Curious to hear the replies.

Also heavy barbell row (Arnold way) helps alot to build upper back and the rear delts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFqfOlz9wc0

I like doing triset: rear delt bar row, dumbbell urlacher and facebull

I do face pulls and reverse flies. You can also do reverse flies on a pec deck if you have access to one
