Za pomocą Inkscape 0.92 przekonwertowałem pliki PDF do SVG z wiersza poleceń w ten sposób:

inkscape --without-gui --file in.pdf --export-plain-svg=out.svg

Z Inkscape 1.1, to nie już działa, ponieważ --without-gui i --export-plain-svg są przestarzałe, a --file nie jest już znany.

Czy ktoś wie, jak to teraz zrobić?
