2006 USC-Arkansas always stands out for me. Trojans we’re ranked Number 6 and Arkansas was only receiving votes in the preseason. Yeah the game was lopsided but Arkansas afterwards ran off 10 straight wins, got to as high as a Number 5 ranking until LSU; Razorbacks even got to the SEC championship game against Florida. USC got to the Rose Bowl that year.
