It's not that difficult to tell people to switch to your business email address for anything business related. I've managed to do it for over twenty years and somehow it hasn't broken my fingers yet.
Not doing something so simple tells me that Watson is either sloppy or lazy or arrogant or a mix these. Not a good look.
Well he will learn the hard way when his entire gmail account is subpoenaed at some point and made public. Don't mix personal and work together.
