If you're in North Austin, Taqueria Los Regios has the best Al Pastor tacos in Austin, IMO. They're the yellow food truck in the parking lot of the Sunoco located off of Braker Ln.
Paprika ATX right near the Michi Ramen in North Lamar is also excellent, I highly recommend them.
Cuantos Tacos (well known) and Taqueria Anyeli on N Lamar (less well known)
Down here in SW Austin, either Mami's or Taco Brother
