DP: shutdown by Amex in 2020. Just applied again and still banned.

unfortunately, we cannot approve your request because we have determined that you have previously engaged in abuse, misuse or gaming in connection with one or more American Express accounts

I haven't seen a HP come through yet.

Amex knows how to hold a grudge. P2 and I have been in popup jail for at least a couple years now. but we can still get around it for select preapproved offers. most recently, the Hilton Honors Surpass.
