Seems like schools only let 4 doctors graduate a year and license 2 with the reasoning being that we get the best possible doctors we can.

But what's the point of quality when nobody has access to them. I just need a basic C doc to write a prescription in a timely way or look at a mole.

There's no shortage of students trying to become doctor's and not like we don't already have some brain dead ones. I feel like we could triple the number of doctors and specialist produced and be fine or even better than we are now. But it's artificially restricted. Hell, license me an LLM that write a prescription. I don't care anymore.
