I would like to see a game that simulates being a small town

Seems like the only goal of these games is to always build bigger and bigger.

Very interested in all those residential zoning types. The ultimate edition seems a bit pricey for what you're getting but the game itself is decently priced. Can't wait till it comes out.

1st floor commercial and the above floors residential is a huge improvement for the 'city' aspect of a game like this for realism.
