Hi all (or the two others here 😂), I thought I'd add some content to the community by starting this thread for a kdrama I'm currently watching! Decided to make it all episodes since I think one post per might be overkill for now given the size of the community but hopefully that changes! 🤞🏼

For some reason, I didn't think that was a big deal until I saw it being mentioned everywhere hahah.

Ok so I want to analyse the two kisses we got last week from the two dramas. Weird I know 😅, but I'm keen to hear your thoughts on this!

Even though KTL's kiss was hotter because of Junho, I found Yoona's body language during it a little off putting. Like she was too perfectly posed with her tummy tucked in and her arms strategically placed on him, it just looked a little unnatural. I kept getting the sense like she was holding back still, not sure because of the script/direction or she's just not very good at kiss scenes.

On the other hand, 19th Life's kiss had SHS leaned her whole body into ABH, drawing him in, and looked as if she was really into it. Like what Junho did with Yoona. ABH's response was also a little lukewarm somehow, but it could be he was indeed still holding back because his feeling for her was still a little unsure. If only they could switch partners, then we'll get explosive (but possibly censored) kiss lol!

What do you think of this?

I'm so sorry it's taken so long, every time I tried to post a comment on the apps I use it never worked on my .world account and then my other account couldn't find this community for some reason. Honestly........ I skip the kiss scenes if they last too long....... So I don't have that many thoughts on these scene 😅

Glad to see you back! Yea accessing this community from another instance would give a different view/posts.

Lol fair enough. I was just trying to understand why KTL's scene barely did anything to me (even when it was pretty hot leading up to it), while I blushed so hard at the 19th Life's scene. I probably just prefer it when the FL participated more in the kiss.

Episode 4: So I wasn't very impressed or taken with the drama in the first two episodes but I've enjoyed episodes 3 and 4 quite a lot more! Maybe I'm just paying more attention while watching the kdrama but I find the humour hitting harder these two episodes 😃

Especially that scene where sa rang yells she can cut her own steak 😂 I replayed that quite a few times

Same here! I watched episode 2 on 1.5x as I found the first week episodes kinda meh. Episode 4 got me a bit invested and now I'm on 5th.

A little late to the party. I need to visit here more often!

I agree, the first two were quite meh but episodes 3 and 4 were a lot more fun to watch. Interesting to see Gu Won's hatred for smiley people, and yet he fell for Sarang's smile. But there was a scene where he saw her genuinely smiling from looking at something pretty, and not because it was her job to smile. Probably that's the reason.

I sort of tuned out during that dinner scene. Need to watch that part again 😅

😂😂 he's so head over heels for her. I just watched ep 5 and he's suchhhh a tsundede looool. But the first few mins of ep 5 and I understood why he hates (fake) smiling so much. I can't imagine how frustrating it must've been to be so young and to have everyone ignore what you're saying, pretending everything is fine, and smiling at you all the time

Finished 5 and 6.

Yea that start of ep 5 really explained why he hated fake smiles. I loved that scene where he had a meal with his dad. I was so ready to hate him, but he seemed quite gentle and somewhat paternal to Guwon during the meal. Also, it made me crave some gukbap now... 🤤

Loved seeing the not so secret handshake! The dating rumor is somewhat expected too, seeing how good they both look together. I hope they pull a BinJin and become the 2nd Gen idols married couple!
