Can I clean the gunk out of the bearing without disassembling? (kbin.social)

My EDC is a Buck Sprint Pro and it's getting difficult to open. The knife has a bearing at the pivot point, and dirt is getting in there. I want to clean it out and regrease it, but I really don't want to take it apart if possible. I will if I have to, but I've never disassembled a pocket knife before.
