It's interesting how it looks like something that, in a sci-fi tv show, I'd expect to be a human ship rather than an alien one, but it's difficult to say exactly why I'd expect this to be the case. Maybe the colors and curved lines look kinda federation-y, or alternatively, like the human tech in Subnautica

Same for me, it has big "standard human Faction / Federation" vibes. I think the airplane-body in the front is one of the reasons.
