This game is not hard, but it is fun. Take your hovercraft racing, shooting everyone you see. Be mindful to refuel and stock up on ammo, and you'll do great.

It's on the short side, and can be finished in an hour or two. But I keep coming back to it.

Fun fact: Bullfrog were in such a crunch to implement Hi-Octane they didn't have time to implement different car stats. Every vehicle handles exactly the same.
