Cluster munition-laden ATACMSs would be able to take out aprons full of aircraft and key air defense batteries from nearly 200 miles away.

It has now largely fled to the Novorossiysk which is about 450 km (280 miles) away. The good news is that from that distance, it would have difficulty launching terrorist attacks on Ukrainian cities. So the long-range missiles protect Ukraine even when not fired.
