Good signing for both parties. I hope she's able to spend some time in NXT before the main roster.
In retrospect, was giving Jade the "Goldberg" treatment worth it for AEW?

To be honest, I struggle to see how Jade would work without it. She needed time to develop, and like with HOOK, if you've got star power but need ring time without a developmental brand, squash matches are a great way to get that time in.
It'll be interesting to see how WWE use her. I'd be surprised to see her move without an immediate main roster push, but I do agree that some time in NXT would work wonders towards continuing her development.
I think it was. Statlander pinning her was huge in a way it never would have been if she wasn't undefeated, and in the meantime, she was a solid attraction for them and really established the TBS title as something meaningful.
Very good point. And kudos to Jade for putting her over on exit (and putting on a show too. That match was solid).
I still think this is some super ill fated timing. I don't watch the show, but I do hope she gets to work out well there.
Good for her, get that bag.
So long as they don't rush her to the main roster I think this has potential, she needs to learn how to work that WWE style because I think it just fits her.
I mean, she basically already does work WWE style anyway. She just needs a little more polish.
Working with people with a similar style is helpful, it's why you usually wouldn't put a Rey Mysterio in with a Big Show, it works sometimes but you wouldn't want to see it a lot. I think she still has a bit of learning she can do and I just think being in the WWE system working with others that do WWE's paint-by-numbers style is better for her for now.
Well that's a bummer. I'll miss watching her stomp people.
Same, man. I'll probably check out her initial stuff in WWE just to see how they package her.
Same here. I liked her stuff in AEW.
