So just put it back on the shelf where you're at. Unless it's refrigerated or frozen, then just put it back in the nearest refrigerator/freezer.

It's not my responsibility. The store literally wants shoppers to do this, and they specifically pay people to specifically do this task. The store wants people to spend their time and energy shopping for more items instead of expending themselves returning a bag of muffins to a shelf all the way on the other side of the store.

No, you're just an ass who picked a wrong position and now can't admit that you're wrong because you have a fragile ego.
They specifically pay people to clean up the bathroom, too, so that's why I piss everywhere. They have a mop for a reason.
I just give it to the person at the till and explain why. They put it aside to get dealt with.

I've worked in a grocery store, and this was my job. IDGAF. Just don't leave the fucking ice cream outside the freezer and make a mess.
