[HN] Everything that uses configuration files should report where they're located
(utcc.utoronto.ca)
sometimes I find it in the program's installed directory, sometimes it's in documents library, sometimes it's in username/appdata
even worse for videogames save files, each individual game seems to want to store save files in their own folder, despite there's already a Saved Games folder built in Windows...
