I knew fiat money had a completely fabricated value based on violence by the state, but for some reason I never connected the dots to say that countries like the US and Canada don't actually use taxes at all (on the federal level) and just allocate an amount to use

Claims of genocide are ridiculous, an insult to those who’ve suffered actual genocides, and rather rich considering how Ukrainian Nazis, with tacit support from their government, murdered thousands of people in Eastern Ukraine in the decade before the recent Russian invasion & occupation of it.
Given what you just said, which quite literary Russia today propaganda, there is nothing I could say that would convince you. You are lost in the sauce.
