I was working out my arms, and I actually found myself admiring them this time. I see progress! Obviously I still have a long way to go, but you know, they just feel and look less flimsy/flabby now. I even admired my shoulders a bit.

I feel so vain 😆 but I feel great. You're looking better, self. Siguro yung low-key embarrassment ko na lang ay aking cute na tiyan. Bloating period ko pa naman this week.

Gusto ko ba ng abs? I dunno. Kung magkaroon, edi magkaroon. I just want amazing core strength 😩 having some cushion on the tummy is actually nice, it's soft and huggable.

Nag-usap kame ni officemate kung baket sya nalate. Nag binge cleaning daw sya buong gabi kasi nakakita sya ng ipis sa kwarto nya. Ni-recount nya na dahan-dahan daw sya pumunta sa kitchen para kunin ung Baygon spray.

Tinanong ko, baket hindi na lang tsinelas ginamit mo? Sabi nya, yak, edi kakalat yung laman loob nun, dagdag pa sa lilinisin ko.

Parang na culture shock lang ako, lumaki kasi ako na violence lang ang tamang paraan para pumatay ng ipis. Lol.

Edit. Actually, same way din sa lamok at langaw. Violence. I think langgam lang ata ginagamitan namen ng kemikal para patayin.

You'll be shocked that they can even survive without a head for weeks. Killing cockroaches with roach killer is more better because even when you squash them they can live with a broken body.
