Don't know if developer is still supporting it or not...but do you think there's a way let search of a city been showed in the search bar to use organic maps directions?

Directions? Do not know. In fact, I am not using KISS launcher, I use a fork of it called TinyBit Launcher, by one of the main contributors. It does not support Directions either but you can find locations easily, which then you can click on the Directions options once the app opens.

Just need to locally call OM as the app to open via the launcher's search field You can do that adding your own search query under KISS and selecting it as the search you want to do for said query. I do the same on TinyBit. It has worked for me.

Name it whatever you want "OM Search," or whatever. Syntax for the query is:

om://search?query=%s

Cheers.
