A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

Since this is "Unionize Amazon Everywhere", does that include AWS? Because it should.
The majority of the episode focuses on KCVG Airhub and why it has such a strategic importance for Amazon's shipping infrastructure. A successful union drive, and the following contract negotiation would be a great boon towards union efforts throughout the company.
I really suggest taking some time to watch the video when you can, there is a ton of great information.
