Is the amd rx 7700 a good card for its price point? I'm tired of getting cockblocked in Linux gaming by Nvidia drivers and it seems like a good option that isn't a downgrade from what I have. I like running games at 4k even if everything else is set to medium-low quality so I hope that the real world performance of that is at least equivalent to my 1080ti.

The author is speculating that maybe it's a rehash of a 6000 series card. I'd be surprised to see that but if it is a 480/580 situation the price had better be great. Like $329/$359 great.
