It sounds just like Quick Actions, which can already be used separately from the Assistive Touch Accessibility feature…

I’ll be upgrading whatever it is. Work is gonna pay for it and it’s easily my most used device.

Never before have I sern them recycle product cards from the year before. Looks like the Ultra 2 is like the new Apple TV 4K, very small update. Why not just skip a year?
