My parents watched it every night. I never paid attention to it becauseI was too young at the time, but I remembered the intro song.
When I was a teenager, my family got Netflix for the first time and started running through the DVDs. We watched the first 6 seasons in what felt like a couple of months. It felt like an "I'm older moment" as I realized I was capable of catching far more jokes than my childhood self ever could.
By that time, my parents had divorced. But the show didnt shy away from broken families. It dealt with father issues - of which I had my share. And the show did it all without leaning too far into cheap jabs. It dove deep into feelings without being a drama. It's so good. I always start rambling when I talk about it.
