The reasons aren't documented anywhere, as far as I know. But it's not hard to guess based on the site's philosophy.

Generally, they're blocked because they harbour and encourage users that exhibit toxic or bigoted behaviour in one form or another. They tend to be the type that would look at Beehaw's philosophy and scoff at it for whatever reason.

There might be some things I missed, but that's the short of it. Hope that helps!
