Press release from a research facility proclaiming some breakthrough to fix a currently non-viable technology.
Note that the article is all about how valuable this could be and virtually nothing about how they cracked the problem. These releases make the rounds every time that the facility needs funding.
I hope this is a breakthrough but I am skeptical as this looks like a fishing trip for investors.
