With low turnout like this, I don't think anyone should be happy about the result.

Agreed, PHBN cant just blame the sky and seriously reflect on this considering Pulai is such an important by-election to them

While Pulai win with quite a big majority, PN in Simpang Jeram seems to be catching up. Low voter turnout likely due to two thing: the election having low to no impact to the status quo, so out of state people didn't go back to vote, or; people just doesn't bother to vote because of BN+PH union.

Whatever the case is, they need to work it out for the next 4 years.
