sadly we should have dealt with climate change decades ago

it's so expensive in HK, now it's 40 degrees in the summer, people are already living in tiny houses and AC is needed so much,

black rain is the highest rain signal in hong kong. it means 70 mm of rain has fallen in an hour and is likely to continue.
