this storm is worse than the typhoon in some areas. dont be an on9 and try to go driving or save your car. it's not worth your life.

They’re having a nuclear fallout rain storm right now? Or are they using black rain as a different meaning?

black rain is the highest rain signal in hong kong. it means 70 mm of rain has fallen in an hour and is likely to continue.
