A free-to-attend debate between council and PB CLE is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Sept. 26 at the Little Theater at the Public Auditorium.
Seems like its common cause in complaint of changing bidding process since the public will disrupt the established system.

I'm afraid this feels like old union activity, from the 80s when people started hating them and Reagan got cheers. A lot of people don't remember that era.
They better stop acting shady about what their deal is. It looks an awful lot like they are pointlessly in opposition of something that poor, black Cleveland is after, and it's not a good look, nor does it make any sense. I guess that's what I get for concerning myself with Cleveland's business.
