The hab on the starter ship has a bathroom. It's just a very small RV style one in the back. Worst case your character would just go in their suit.
Agreed, although I typically keep everyone in jumpsuits while on the ship (kinda treating them as g-suits to deal with the sheer amount of force they're under during combat). That said, I've discovered the Tamiyo(?) AIO hab comes with a toilet (no shower though).
Hopefully mods'll add a proper bathroom hab, you'd think the companionway 1x1s would be perfect for this function.
My spacesuit is my bathroom. It recycles waste into food and water.
What? What do you mean they don't actually work that way? So I'm just sitting in my own filth for no good god damn reason?!
The Nova habs have one. The starting ship is a Nova habs 2x1 All-In-One modele A I think. Maybe I misremember but Deimos could have one too. I saw most of them in their All-In-One versions. But Living quarters ones are more "homely" to me.
The starting ship actually has a unique hab. I believe all living quarters have have them. They are just tiny closets.
