Why is Glimesh shutting down?
We always knew Glimesh was going to be a very uphill battle. Trying to deliver a compelling product in a field of internet giants is an impossible task and in the end we didn’t have the time, energy, resources, expertise, or human power to do it.
We developed a very feature rich platform that truly focused on its communities best interests. We never took greedy investor money and we never showed you ads. We gave you the best sustainable sub split, and helped advertise and support your live events. We made a great community together and built bonds I know we’ll continue to cherish.
Unfortunately that wasn’t enough.
