Emulation works so flawlessly on Deck. I love the amount of flexibility the device has compared to the Switch. After I finish Tears of the Kingdom, I plan on going back and playing through Ocarina of Time using Ship of Harkinian on my Steam Deck.

There was a post I saved from somewhere that went through setting up emu deck and some hi def textures that was super helpful. I’ll try to post the link if I can find it. (It’s on my todo list!)

Absolutely, I've decided to go through the entirety of the series (in no particular order) of the ones I haven't played, yet. Right now on Oracle of Ages. Twilight Princess HD looks and works immaculate with Cemu!

Right now I do emulation on my PC I built, and it runs spectacular. I'd love to be able to have a handheld device to easily play on. I'd love to get a steam deck, but I'm going to hang on until Steam Deck 2 comes out.

For now, I've hacked my 3DS to play some older games. I'd love to finally finish The Minish Cap, and then explore the older handheld titles I've never played because I was a kid and didn't earn money: Oracle of Ages and Seasons.

I'd consider it for older games, but I just don't want to start trying to emulate the Switch games just yet. I've hacked my 3DS and have tried to emulate WiiU games on the Deck, but I'm not as experienced with that process and I just couldn't get it to work. I still have a WiiU, so I can play the games I want to play on that console, but yeah it would be cool to have a library of the older Zelda games. The only one I have on the Deck now is one of the Oracle games lol.

Sounds like you need to try out Emudeck! You have to use desktop mode to set it up, but it's as simple as downloading the installer, moving it to your desktop, and double clicking it. Then you can set up all your games really easily and import them with the Steam ROM Manager.

Thanks! I'll give that a try!
