I find it, that reddit is just killing its user and mod base

Mods own the subs. Users create the content, and are free to make their own subs if they don't like the mods.

Reddit only owns/rents the servers and leeches off everybody involved.

Reddit is like a landlord owning the building where people do the actual work, but they think the building does the work.
