How much is that, like several doses or just one dose or what? Also I realize the question is vague, I just don't have a good frame of reference for mdma and looking for clarification

It's a pretty high dosage. A common dosage would probably be between 80-120mg. You can do more and it probably will be even better, but that's also when more negative effects will effect you.

You usually take 50-150mg, so that'll be a wild ride.
Obviously the big Stewie, plus the gram lacking was surely used to test it was absolute pure MDMA without any amphetamine cuts, pure love. Easy
You'll probably die from a gram of MDMA
Even 288.9g is pretty much, but in most cases you don't have to worry toooo much (you should still make regular pauses and such)
