Rule 3 - Keep post and comments relevant

Posts must be related to Plex and Plex-related products, apps. etc. Try to keep comments relevant to the parent comment and to the post.

Rule 4 - Keep discussions of "media aqcuistion" limited to means and methods only.

There are other communities for that, and we don't want to get this community defederated from instances where it's a forbidden topic. Posts/comments discussing specific acts of piracy ("How do I find X show?" or "Where can I download Y film?")will be removed. For further clarification see this post

Rule 5 - No asking / offering Plex shares.

I get what it’s going for - but I don’t want my own media trying to push me to watch more before I’m done with the current film (aka credits). Feels like I’m not in control which is the entire point of hosting my own server for 10yrs.

manage library > edit > advanced > uncheck enable credits detection

This is in server config? And then it will just effect all players? (iOS/AppleTV)?

Thanks: found it!

I believe there is currently no client or server side setting to disable that, however if you disable credits detection on that library, it should disable the post-play screen for you..

There are some feature requests on the forums for more control over that, like adjusting the timing, content or disabling per client or per library.

I hated this when streaming services and cable providers did it, and I hate it here, too. I hope you get an answer to this.

It seems that the setting mentioned above did the trick. I also changed a similarly worded setting about watch % at the same time so it might have been a combo but I’m happy!
