Sever Necro. On world tier 3 now running nightmare dungeons and it's just been cruise control the entire game so far. Wouldn't be surprised if this build gets nerfed because it is just far too easy to play.
Started with a frost Sorc, got ~75, then rerolled as a Bone Spear Necro hoping for a mure tanky ranged DPS. Works pretty well, I think, though I've become used to doing content above my level so it doesn't feel particularly tanky.
Doing t25 dungeons as level 60. Anyone know what an average curve for difficulty is? Like killing creatures X level above you?
I’ve read that farming stuff 3 lvls above you is the most efficient way to farm stuff like dungeons. But might want to watch a yt video to confirm that. Anyway. That would give you 30% more experience (10% per lvl above you) without it being too difficult and spending too much time clearing.
So a good rule of thumb for which lvl nightmare dungeon you should try is your character level minus 50. That would put you at a nightmare dungeon where you are facing mobs +3 lvls higher.
I’m still pretty new (lots of stuff went down IRL), but I’ve been rolling with a bone spear nec. Prioritizing skills that cause vulnerability and empower minions. It has been a grand time.
Barrage Rogue on WT4 at around lvl 73.
Feeling the grind now for gold/materials and not enjoying NM dungeons as much as rifts but still playing a bit here and there.
Trample/pulverize earth/lightning natures fury Druid build. Pretty fun hulk smashing everything. Took a while to ramp up but dmg is good now. Just got to 70.
Exact same here. I feel like this is one people are sleeping on- amazing mobility, constant tramples and pulverizes, constant earth shield and howl, plus permanent 20% DR from Hurricane. I face tanked the Butcher today in a +17 at level 61. Plus it looks awesome with giant smashes and wind and lightning everywhere.
Barrage Rogue, but I'm just playing casually - still working my way through the campaign, and once I've finished that I'll likely be trying out some other classes. I'm in no rush. 🙂
