Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.

Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

I am loving the app but the only thing that I am missing or not sure how to do is to find out what particular comment a reply is refering too.

I used to use Infinity for Reddit and you could click on the reply to see individual comment thread that this reply was related to.

There's a button in the comment's bottom bar to take you to the comment's thread... but the bottom bar is hidden by default now. See https://lemmy.world/comment/257555 for how to unhide it.

Thank you, that did the trick.

In your inbox all replies will have a chain link 🔗 icon. If you click that it will take you to the comment you made that the reply is for.

It is apparently hidden now.

You don't see that link icon? That's interesting!

It was explained to me that in the new version of the app these options are hidden and I need to longpress the empty space after the username for them to show up.

I miss this, too. Bring able to tap on a comment reply in your inbox and be taken to the comment in context.
