This team is going to have to win 36-33 every game this season
Chicago Bears
Welcome to the Lemmy home of the Chicago Bears
The DL seems like they’ll be able to make some flashy plays, but not play consistently strong. They just got pushed back way too much
The post was also supposed to say that the Bears are playing the BILLS. On my phone and fat-fingered the word…
the offense is in 2022 mid-season form. I tried not to drink the Kool-aid this off-season but it was tough to not get excited after the splashy 1st quarter of the 1st preseason game. I think the Bills will bring that excitement back down to earth.
Definitely don't have the warm fuzzies after this game but glad the third drive had some success. Wish fields had more reps during the preseason but very understandable to pull him after the hit and the center getting hurt.
Even if Fields doesn't improve as a passer (he will) his stat line should be quite a bit better this season anyway just from having DJ
I’ll say this much, the pass pro is really the only bright spot early. Fields has had time in the pocket, just nothing to show for it.
Not looking great early either. Fields with 2 bad reads in a 3 and out, and the defense has been getting gashed on the ground and in the air…
