Weird. I can reply to your comment, but I can't reply to anyone from kbin.social. When I try, I get a cryptic error, "language_not_allowed".
My interface language in settings is English, and my selected languages are English and Undetermined, if that has anything to do with anything.
EDIT: Nevermind, I see your other reply where you said you think Jerboa can't set a comment language yet. Oh well, I guess kbin users won't benefit from my wisdom and witty replies.
It's super frustrating that after I send my comment and get the error, it's totally lost. The app doesn't have a drafts feature or anything. I heard "Sync for Reddit" will soon be "Sync for Lemmy", and I can't wait!

How do I set my comment language? I use Jerboa, and I don't see any setting like that when I reply. Just the usual formatting controls.
Yes, I have both Undetermined and English set as languages in my settings, but as far as I know, that only controls what I see, not who I can reply to.

I set one comment to english and one to undetermined.
Try setting the comment language to English. If that doesn't work try setting it to undetermined.
Do you have both indétermined and English set in your profile?
The original Mario Bros always felt like a drug fueled fever dream. This is like if someone played that game on acid.

I'm unbelievably stoked for this game (also the Super Mario RPG remake). Super glad to see them playing with the Mario formula.

With millions of Mario Maker levels being created between this and the previous NSMB-style game, I was wondering how long this would take. Think a Mario Maker update or other announcement will come with this? Looks great.
I really hope for a Mario Maker 3, they didn't have much reason for it before but an entirely new 2D Mario game just might be that reason!

I had a lot of fun with the coop in "Deluxe". This looks a bit more gimmicky, but I thought that about 3D world and was pleasantly surprised
This is like the Mario equivalent of an Instagram dessert.
This game just oozes the charm that 2D Mario has been missing for so long. Bringing in a new art style really helps make it feel like a fresh new era! Something I noticed was it looks like player 1 won't be locked to playing Mario anymore, which was the case in most of the NSMB series. Thrilled about that. Gotta rep my boy Luigi

Looking at the trailer again, it seems like the characters have a sort of claymation style to their animations. It's pretty neat.
Really looking forward to this!
I'm glad it doesn't have that incredibly annoying synth "bop" in the music like the NSMB games, but the music is still pretty bad with just some different synth voice. They need to fire whoever does the music for these games.
I also hope the entire game doesn't pause when one player gets hit. That ruined multiplayer NSMB for me.
